Reporting to the director of education abroad, this position supports colleges, academic units, and faculty in planning study abroad programs from design and planning to implementation to program close-out. Performs other duties as assigned.
JOB DUTIES:
40% – Essential – Reporting to the director of education abroad, this position supports colleges, academic units, and faculty in planning study abroad programs from design and planning to implementation to program close-out. Performs other duties as assigned.
35% – Essential – Fiscal Support:
Supports OGE and college fiscal teams, as well as, faculty in budget planning, procurement processes and fiscal reporting. Collaborates with OGE fiscal team to create individual program budgets.
15% – Essential – Communication:
Facilitates Clemson-sponsored program communication with stakeholders; serves as a campus resource on the trends, practices, and opportunities in international education that align with university priorities. Provides training sessions and workshops for faculty and staff.
10% – Essential – Reporting and Assessment:
Under the direction of the Director, help assess existing programs and trends. Identify new programs, as needed, to provide a portfolio of programs that meet the needs of the University and student participants.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Education – Bachelors Degree
Experience – 1 year of relevant experience
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:
Experience – 3 years of relevant experience
