Manages campaigns to deliver targeted and timely communications to audiences using the Slate CRM system, including setup, testing, automated deployment, and reporting. Assist with the management of the undergraduate admissions portals. Manage content on the Undergraduate Admissions website. Performs other duties as assigned.
JOB DUTIES:
40% – Essential – Campaign creation: In collaboration with the Enrollment Management communications team and MarComm staff, manages campaigns to deliver targeted and timely communications to audiences using the Slate CRM system, including setup, testing, automated deployment, and reporting. Reports on campaign effectiveness to inform and refine communication strategies and tactics.
25% – Essential – Portal management: Assist with the management of the undergraduate admissions portals, including the creation and maintenance of forms, queries and other related portal components. Collaborate with other units across campus to obtain content, data and information to be displayed in the portals. Create analytics reports on the efficacy of the portals for continuous quality improvement.
20% – Essential – Website management: Manage content on the Undergraduate Admissions website. Review admissions content periodically for accuracy and currency; remove or edit outdated information. Recommend or make content upgrades to admissions webpages, and related pages, in support of marketing and communication objectives.
15% – Essential – Slate project support: Serves as a member of the Slate team. Assists with Slate projects as assigned, including the creation of forms, development of workflows, populations/rules, dataset upload, queries, and reports. Understands Slate data to be able to assist with departmental and campus reports/queries. Participates in discussions on new Slate projects to assist with development.

Education – Bachelor’s Degree
