Job Description:
Clark University’s School of Professional Studies seeks to fill the position of Academic Program Director for the rapidly growing Master of Science in Information Technology (MSIT).
As an integral member of the School of Professional Studies administrative and academic team, the Academic Program Director for the MSIT will be responsible for the academic oversight and direction of the program, e.g., manage the program and course schedules; hire and evaluate academically qualified faculty; maintain the alignment of curricular requirements to meet market needs.
In addition to administrative duties, the Academic Program Director teaches three (3) courses in the MIST program each academic year.
The successful candidate will demonstrate a high level of content specialization, attention to detail, experience managing competing priorities, excellent organizational skills, and commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. The individual should be comfortable serving in a high-profile academic leadership role within an entrepreneurial market-facing unit.
