How you’ll make a difference:
Help patients understand their pharmacy benefits better. As a patient advocate you’ll efficiently resolve patient concerns.
Help us keep track of our patient interactions. While managing a high call volume, you’ll use your expert listening and data entry skills to understand patient requests and accurately document all interactions.
Ensure patients are equipped with the best advice. Identify and empathetically resolve patient concerns and if necessary, escalate appropriately.
What you need to do the job:
High School Diploma / GED required
1 year of relevant experience (medical or call center preferred)
Tech savvy- Strong PC knowledge including all Microsoft Office products
High speed internet with wired ethernet connection.
Private & quiet work space
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
