Summary:
The Program Manager designs leadership/career and performance development programs in alignment with strategic initiatives of the organization, the broader HR department, and the Talent Development and Culture team. The Program Manager collaborates with Talent Development and Culture Consultants, other key stakeholders, and subject matter experts to identify development needs, develop programs, and demonstrate program effectiveness.
- Design leadership/career development programs aligned with strategic initiatives of the organization.
- Develop programs that provide education, experience, exposure, and evaluation to leaders/Associates.
- Create leadership/career development programs utilizing multiple learning modalities, capitalizing on available technology, and providing flexible, just-in-time learning.
- Design programs that are personalized to leaders’ and Associates’ specialized needs.
- Develop efficient processes for tracking program progress.
- Design comprehensive program evaluation plans.
- Collaborate with Talent Insights team to collect and analyze data on program outcomes related to retention and Associate engagement.
- Collaborate with graphic design and marketing partners to design program collateral and craft messaging about programs.
- Make data-informed decisions related to program design, delivery, and evaluation.
- Maintain consistent communication with program stakeholders and sponsors to remain aware of industry changes or other factors impacting program curricula and design.
- Lead Talent Development and Culture team through program changes by listening to feedback, explaining the “why behind changes, and insuring successful implementation of programs.
- Ensure that leadership/career development programs are designed to be inclusive of all CHRISTUS leaders and that selection processes are fair and equitable.
- Ensure the CHRISTUS mission, vision, core values, and cultural attributes are reflected in programs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related area required. Master’s degree preferred.
