Overview
The Licensed Acute Mental Health Provider provides acute mental health screening, referral, and case management services to children and adolescents within the Emergency Department.
This role is located at our main campus in Kansas City, MO. PRN/As Needed – Evenings, Weekends, Weekdays

Responsibilities
Qualifications
Master’s Degree Social Work or Counseling and 3-5 years’ experience. 1 year experience acceptable if incumbent holds a clinical license. Must have a social work license (LMSW/LCSW/LSCSW) or professional counseling license (LPC/LCPC) in the state of primary work location upon hire and then be dually licensed in both states within 90 days of employment. Candidates licensed with a master level social work license, must be engaged in clinical supervision.
Starting Pay
Our pay ranges are market competitive. The pay range for this job begins at $29.66/hr, but your salaried offer will be determined based on your education and experience.
Remote Work/Work from Home
This position is not eligible work remotely, which means that the person hired will be required to work onsite at one of our Children’s Mercy locations and may not work from home.
