Charles Leonard National, Inc. is looking for a detail-oriented individual to join our select team of Customer Service Reps. In this role, you will carry on our well-deserved reputation for extraordinary customer service to our business customers.

To the qualified candidate, we offer an annual salary of $50,000 – $60,000, dependent on experience.

Key Responsibilities

Communicate promptly and courteously with customers via phone and email

Provide knowledgeable answers on availability and shipping information to customers

Analyze and instruct customers on complementary products they might want

Accurately enter customer orders into ERP system prior to shipment release

Share information with Sales Team and Reps to capitalize on sales opportunities

Qualifications

3-5 years of excellent customer service skills and experience

Ability to work independently, or as part of a structured team as required

Highly organized, proactive, accurate, and detail-oriented

Product-related experience preferred

Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) a must

Strong follow-up, tracking, and follow-through skills
