Role: MANAGER, TALENT DEVELOPMENT & ORG EFFECTIVENESS

Location: Remote US-Based

Essential Functions:

• The Manager of Talent Development and Organizational Effectiveness will work closely with all company leaders and employees to develop, enhance, align, and enable a high-performance talent culture and alignment across the company.
• This role will work collaboratively to design and deliver high-quality talent and organizational development programs to align with our Vision, Mission, Values (VMVs) and total rewards philosophy.
• This role will provide all clients (internally) and candidates (externally) with an ideal experience that projects a positive image and role models the VMVs of CG Oncology.
• This role will also be an effective problem solver, with a solution orientated mindset, and able to deliver accurate information and effectively manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree. Experience and/or relevant certifications in Human Resources may substitute for minimum education requirements.
• Minimum of ten (10) years of HR experience with a blend of expertise in talent acquisition, talent management, total rewards, HR systems, and organizational development.
• Experience supporting leaders on strategic talent initiatives in a remote working environment.
• Comprehensive understanding of the link between talent and other HR initiatives and organizational strategies as well as deep knowledge of HR policies, processes (e.g., workforce planning and talent management).
• Ability to identify new and creative ways for HR to support the business strategy and develop clear, actionable steps in support of the overall business strategy and deploy them to the workforce.
• Strong partnership skills and the ability to influence aligned business unit or functional leaders.
• Proven ability to work independently and make sound judgements on a day-to-day basis with minimum direction.
• Technically savvy and experienced using a variety of HR systems to include HRIS, ATS, LMS, and Performance Management platforms, etc.

The U.S. target annual salary range for this remote, full-time, position is currently set at $110,000 – $125,000. The actual base salary offered for this role will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, market factors, experience and considering internal equity. In addition, to the base salary, CG Oncology offers a very attractive set of Total Rewards (including bonus and equity) and Well-Being Benefits provided as part of the overall compensation package for this role.
