PC Support Specialist needed to provide help desk support, respond to the technical needs of the central office and satellite office staff, troubleshooting PC issues, installing PC hardware at all sites. Other duties include providing printer support, remotely managing PCs, and ensuring staff PCs are updated regularly.
Desired candidate should possess strong communication, reliable attendance, and some knowledge of current technological development and trends in the IT field.Our ideal candidate is an upbeat individual with a desire to help and the ability to work independently.
Requires High School diploma or GED and work experience and education in a computer-related field. A+ Certification preferred.
