Central City Concern is an innovative nonprofit agency providing comprehensive services to single adults and families in the Portland metro area who are impacted by homelessness, poverty and addictions. The Case Manager acts to ensure the stability of individuals within the program properties and will be familiar with and able to access resources for clients, including alcohol and drug treatment, mental health treatment and any other identified needs. The Case Manager must have a good understanding of dual relationships, professional boundaries and appropriate behavior. The candidate will have the skills needed to support and assist clients in improving and maintaining recovery, retaining housing and achieving self-sufficiency.
Hours: Sunday – Thursday 8:00am-5:00pm
