JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for assessing the needs of the simulation area to determine strengths of the program and opportunities for improvement. Create and modify simulations based upon objectives of each block; perform simulations, and teach others to improve managing simulations in their courses. Serves all students as a TRUE Learning Community by promoting student success through student learning, student development, and student retention.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Duties requires occasional physical exertion, working with moderate to heavy (up to 50lbs) materials unassisted. Duties performed cause light fatigue of eyes, fingers or other faculties due to long periods of standing, sitting and/or repetitive motion.

WORKING CONDITIONS:
Job responsibilities performed in a general office and lab setting/simulation area with frequent distractions such as noise, interruptions.
Assists in working with:
Moulage or fake body fluids applied to mannequins;
Simulation mannequins to create best real life scenarios using appropriate pieces of equipment and using multitasking skills;
Preparing the mannequins and the lab/simulation area for classroom/simulation activity on a daily basis; and,
Coordinating with other faculty on a daily basis and quarterly basis as required by the manufacturing instructions provided with the mannequins. Requests assistance from other faculty to maintain lab in pristine condition.
