Responsible for developing and executing human resource strategy in support of the College’s Strategic Plan and strategic direction, specifically in the areas of succession planning, leadership development and performance management. Administers all College policies and procedures in order to comply with new laws. Develops and implements improvements to Talent Development/HR processes.

Qualifications
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: Bachelor’s Degree and five (5) years related experience -OR- an equivalent combination of education and experience in Human Resources, business management or related field
