Responsibilities

The Branch Administration Representative 2 is specifically responsible for one or more of the following: private pay, in home, or certified home health branches. Decisions are typically focus on interpretation of area/department policy and methods for completing assignments. Works within defined parameters to identify work expectations and quality standards, but has some latitude over prioritization/timing, andworks under minimal direction. Follows standard policies/practices that allow for some opportunity for interpretation/deviation and/or independent discretion.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Six months experience in home health agency.
• Typing and general clerical skills.
• Customer service and ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
• Must be competent with computers.
• This role requires full COVID-19 vaccination.
