CenterPoint Energy is looking for a Senior HR Analyst to join our CNP Compensation & Employee Services Team, located in Houston, TX.
You will have the ability to: design, implement and administer employee and executive compensation programs. Serve as advisor to management on compensation recommendations. Perform compensation analyses and presentation of findings. Review job descriptions and perform job evaluations. Prepare and conduct compensation surveys and analyze survey results to determine competitive compensation levels using market pricing techniques. Lead projects to develop compensation program design recommendations.
