Carleton College is seeking a Program Director for Employer Relations to develop and implement a comprehensive partnership strategy to create opportunities for students to engage in experiential learning and postgraduate opportunities with a variety of corporate, non-profit, and governmental organizations.
The Program Director for Employer Relations will have numerous responsibilities in the areas of employer management, supervision, and career coaching. Coordinate and elevate partnerships with a range of industries to provide experiential learning, lead the employer relations team and assure the vision, direction, and initiatives align with Career Center goals, and provide career development resources to students and alumni through individual group sessions.

The successful candidate possesses a master’s degree with five years of relevant experience and has proven abilities to exercise independent judgment and accuracy in a fast-paced environment. Preferred qualifications include two years’ experience working in a college/university environment and experience in coaching students interested in business, finance, or consulting.
