Job Summary
This position is responsible for leading CareOregon’s triage, data and referral and intake process into CareOregon’s Care Management teams and model. This position is responsible for the supervision and oversight of our daily intake and triage processes. Additionally, this position provides guidance and coaching to their team to ensure that they are meeting performance expectations and that their work aligns with the CareOregon’s mission and values and meeting our Medicare and Medicaid regulatory requirements.
