Job Summary
This intermediate position provides technical assistance, coaching, and training to the CareOregon provider network in areas related to mental health and substance use health services with moderate oversight. This position leads in the design and facilitation of complex collaborative meetings, and providing on-site support to member mental health, and substance use treatment organization leadership and care teams to implement systems, processes, and workflows that improve quality outcomes, patient experience, clinic and team satisfaction, and reduced health care costs. This position partners closely with CareOregon and CCO regional teams and leadership to lead, develop, oversee, and implement programs, initiatives and payment models that support and enhance behavioral and whole-person health. This role requires a high level of skill in collaboration, coordination, and influence with multiple internal and external stakeholders in positions of clinical and operational leadership. Acts as a resource in supporting the onboarding and upskilling of newer members of the team.
