Job Summary
The Transformation Manager will ensure the successful implementation, evaluation, and iteration of transformation initiatives within our BH networks. This role will manage both operational and clinical transformation, with a focus on early success indicators anchored in the quintuple aim. As an initial area of focus, this role will oversee the implementation and evaluation of the SHIFT Initiative: the Strategic Healthcare Investment for Transformation within our behavioral health networks. This will include management of program design, implementation and evaluation efforts, internal and external stakeholder alignment, vendor oversight and management, the roll out of provider training and coaching needs, and detailed project and program management activities.
This position is responsible for the strategic development and operational implementation of the integration of Behavioral Health across CareOregon departments and the creation of structures to ensure ongoing alignment. This is in partnership with Line of Business and centralized functional leadership. This position also provides leadership, clinical and regulatory support for innovative clinical initiatives and training programs to support delivery system transformation in the behavioral health system of care. This position is responsible for development and spread of learning networks across CareOregon regions and other contracted agencies and development and deployment of 1:1 technical assistance resources to key partners in support of strategic and corporate business objectives. The position directs the development of those programs across primary care, behavioral health, and dental networks in partnership with the Network and Clinical Services department and regional leadership teams.
