Human Resources Coordinator/Payroll Specialist
Department: Administrative/Accounting
Reports to: Controller
Supervises: None
Purpose:
Performs a combination of general accounting and payroll duties including routine and non-recurring general accounting duties and processing payroll, bonus payouts, and commission or incentive programs. Assists with the compliance of all personnel policies and procedures. Assists with ensuring the company is compliant with all State/Province and Federal Employment Laws including filing and confidentiality.
