HIRING BY 8/12 – CALL CENTER REPRESENTATIVE
Greenwood Village, CO
1) Respond to customer’s (borrowers & lenders) needs for system support and training.
2) Set up and maintain accurate records in database.
3) Maintain security and integrity controls of customer data for lending and Decisioning criteria.
4) Provide field representative support and assist with various department projects, as needed.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience in a financial institution, auto dealership or call center
Willing to learn/eager to find a career
Critical thinking skills
Strong written and oral communication skills
Able to work in a team environment
GED or High School Diploma
