Position Summary
Under the direction of the Assistant Vice President of Equity and Belonging in Peer Programs & Director of Peer and Academic Resource Center (PARC). The Administrative Analyst provides primary personnel and budgetary support to the Assistant Vice President of Equity and Belonging in Peer Programs to ensure personnel and financial processes are performed within the policies of the University and the CSU System. This position collaborates with the management and staff of designated programs/departments to ensure that administrative, personnel and financial resources are administered in a manner that supports the strategic goals of Academic Affairs.
FLSA: Non-exempt (Eligible for overtime compensation)
Anticipated Hiring Range: $3,518 per month – $4,336, depending on qualifications and experience
CSU Classification Salary Range: $3,518 per month – $6,791 per month

The mission of the Peer and Academic Resource Center (PARC) is to promote the scholastic achievements of students through enriched and supportive peer-learning opportunities that aid students along the pathway to degree attainment. PARC utilizes a relatively untapped resource at the University, the talented and knowledgeable students who serve as SI Leaders, Peer Advisors and Peer Tutors. Minimum Qualifications
Entry to this classification requires general knowledge and skills in the applicable administrative and/or program field with a foundational knowledge of public administration principles, practices, and methods. This foundation would normally be obtained through a bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent training and administrative work experience involving study, analysis, and/or evaluation leading to the development or improvement of administrative policies, procedures, practices, or programs.
