The Position

Rightsline is looking for a full-time Business Analyst / Project Manager. It is an interdisciplinary position, combining elements of both business analysis and project management. An ideal candidate is detail-minded, analytical, quick thinking, creative, able to multi-task effectively, efficient, and willing to learn. Team members primarily work on the configuration requirements for our enterprise class software product to support the specific needs of each customer. They drive all aspects of a project lifecycle, from specifications through testing, delivery and go-live consulting, and manage projects and internal resources required to fulfill project goals.

Work is done both independently and in teams. Thus effective time management, teamwork, and communication skills are essential. The position offers a great deal of varied and challenging work.

What you will bring to the role:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Strong project management skills handling complex, multi-faceted projects, and working effectively to meet deadlines and goals
• Excellent analytical and problem resolution skills
• Consummate team player, able to balance, negotiate, and work with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to demonstrate self-motivation and ownership of assigned work
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications
• Experience in accounting, finance, or other business knowledge
