We are partnering with one of the well-established Banks in Singapore. They have an immediate hiring need for a Business Analyst with SharePoint implementation experience to join their Digital Initiatives Team. The Business Analyst works with the various department users to analyze business processes setup a knowledge based of applications, process, solutions, via SharePoint.

Job Brief

This individual leads all SharePoint Portal migration requirements gathering and analysis activities, designs the SharePoint department sites, leverages the full suite of SharePoint capability to meet business requirements, populates the contents, participates in testing activities, helps design methods and procedures for internal and external projects. Job Background/context:

Project will be to migrate the current Intranet from a static system of knowledge (SOK) to a dynamic user-friendly SharePoint portal

Key Responsibilities:

• Capture SharePoint migration requirements for design and development using requirements workshops, business process descriptions, use cases, business analysis, and process journeys.
• Gather and evaluate from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into detail, identify risks, and feasibility analysis.
• Design, organize, build and maintain SharePoint sites across all IPB departments and migrate relevant content from the old SOK to the new SOK SharePoint portal.
• Translate technical information into business language to ensure understanding of the requirements by both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proactively communicate and collaborate with all stakeholders to analyze information needs and functional requirements and deliver the following artifacts as needed: Functional requirements (Business Requirements Document), Use Cases, GUI, Screen and Interface designs.
• Operate as the liaison between the business units, technology teams, and support teams.
• Support the project manager and other team members in planning deliverables, scope, schedule, and other aspects of the project
• Provide the necessary training and knowledge to our End Users for adoption of SharePoint Platform

You should have:

• Degree in Information Systems, computer engineering or equivalent.
• 6+ years of IT project management experience
• At least 2+ years SharePoint maintenance experience, SharePoint portal project experience.
• Good Understanding of Microsoft SharePoint architecture, components, and configuration
• Understands Internet, Intranet, Extranet and client/server architectures
• Candidate must have hands-on experience and proven expertise of the following technologies:
• Microsoft SharePoint
• MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
• Project Management
• Certification in Microsoft Sharepoint is a must
• Business Analyst Certification Preferred Competencies
• Excellent presentation, communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills including strong persuasive techniques
• Able to lead, develop and maintain respectful and trusting relationships
• Comfortable with systems, processes, technology
• Comfortable working in ambiguous and fluid situations with changing circumstances, while adhering to tight deadlines
• Self-motivated with a positive “can-do” attitude
