Job Title – Business Analyst/Associate

Long term W2 Contract – Remote or Local to Atlanta, GA

Role Responsibilities:
This resource is primarily responsible for reconciling our general ledgers, contracts, and forecasts, ensuring data quality and consistency. This resource will also manage our engagements with Sourcing/Procurement and keep track of new contracts/renewal requests.

On an adhoc basis, they will be processing purchase orders, accounts payable research requests, and other form submissions on behalf of the Cyber Finance team. Lastly, responsibilities include creating data visuals in excel.

Must Have Skills/Prior Experience:

• MS365 and Office: Excel, PPT, TEAMS, SHAREPOINT
• Adv Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Accounting/Finance Background
• Strong attention to detail
• Experience with data entry and data reconciliation
• Good communication and time management skills

Plus/Nice to Have Skills/Prior Experience:

• Working knowledge of Ariba, Concur, Fieldglass, OneStop, SAPIENCE, Clarity (Application)
