Now hiring! Our client needs a mid-level Administrative Assistant to work in Fort Worth, TX! This person will work with the current staff to help front office operations run smoothly. If you enjoy being the face of an office providing top-notch customer service while answering emails and managing other clerical tasks, then our client needs to speak with you!
Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Working knowledge of QuickBooks
- Experience with purchase orders is a plus
- Experience with a construction or trucking company or oil field would be great
- Bilingual is a big plus
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
