What You Will Do:
In this role, you will play an integral role in helping to manage the first stage of our recruiting process. As a Talent Acquisition Sourcer, you will leverage various channels to look for potential candidates, contact passive candidates, and build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Additional Responsibilities include:
· Review, engage, and screen direct applications to assigned job postings
· Proactively source candidates through various job board and social media outlets; Indeed, LinkedIn, ATS, and CRM
· Craft and send recruiting texts and emails, in addition to cold-calling prospective candidates
· Coordinate with Talent Acquisition leadership to determine position requirements and prioritization
· Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques (e.g., Boolean search)
· Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs
· Measure conversion rates; outreach to response, response to screen, and screen to Talent Acquisition Specialist submittal
· Ask for referrals from all contacted candidates, current employees, and external networks
· Promote our employer brand online and offline
· Maintain candidate databases (e.g., via our CRM and Applicant Tracking System)
· Communicate with past applicants regarding new job opportunities
· Create and maintain robust and timely candidate engagement outreach practices
What You Will Need:
· Proven work experience as a Talent Sourcer or similar role
· Firsthand experience with sourcing techniques (e.g., recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings)
· Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Relationship Management Systems (CRM’s), with a strong preference working with Paycom
· Solid verbal and written communication skills
· Ability to positively present and clearly articulate our company and open roles to potential candidates
· Effective time-management abilities
· BSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field preferred
