Brightwater Senior Living, the management company overseeing beautifully designed and meticulously managed Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care senior living communities, is seeking a Temporary IT Help Desk Technician. We are looking for a Full-Time help desk specialist to offer efficient technical support for computer systems. You will respond to questions about basic technical problems and provide solutions.
To identify the issue and offer solutions, an exceptional help desk representative needs to have strong technical knowledge and effective communication skills.
