The Registered Nurse is responsible for providing home health clinical services and reports directly to the Owner and Director of Nursing.
You will be responsible for the quality, adequacy of services provided and may, where required, supervise staff.
The RN is responsible for ensuring that care is delivered appropriately and the standards of quality are adhered to.
We are looking to add enthusiastic members to join our agency in the CONEJO VALLEY area (Thousand Oaks, Agoura, Calabasas, Malibu, Simi Valley, and surrounding areas).
Flexible schedule.
Registered Nurse / RN Job Duties:
Infusions in the home environment, pending level of experience infusion competency checks for other nurses COvid testing and vaccination assignments Facility and homecare staffing assignments 8-12 hour Perform care as defined by the client’s individual Plan of Care Monitor patient’s condition and notify appropriate personnel of any changes Provide those services requiring substantial and specialized nursing skill Assures proper maintenance of clinical records in compliance with local, state and federal laws Registered Nurse / RN

Current and unrestricted RN license in California COVID19 vaccinated Minimum one (1) year experience on your license, experience with infusions Proof of eligibility to work in the US Licensed driver with insured and reliable automobile Certified CPR, negative TB skin test, Physical Exam Experience preferred:
Peripheral IV starts/maintenance & IV Infusion Therapy Injection and self-infusion training, Phlebotomy for adult and pediatric patients, CVAD experience a bonus but not required.
