Institute at Brandeis (BOLLI)? Look no further than our Director of
BOLLI position!
As the Director of BOLLI, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive, visionary
program/project strategy designed to continually grow and improve programs and build internal/external engagement. You will provide
direction and thought leadership to develop strategic goals and objectives, define associated metrics to measure results, and create and
obtain resources to ensure success. You will also be responsible for providing continuity and guidance for the BOLLI membership, including
the BOLLI volunteer committee, membership and member liaisons, board of advisors, curriculum, study group support committee, and
distinguished speakers group.
In addition to these responsibilities, you will build collaborative, collegial relationships with
committee chairs and support their efforts to shape the group and establish appropriate succession plans for themselves and the
group’s members. You will provide guidance and support to staff in creating program/project components and member support services,
address membership matters and other issues escalated by staff or members, and create department strategy for structure, process, and staff
support of members.
You will have a proven track record of success in developing and implementing strategic plans, building
collaborative relationships, and leading teams to achieve ambitious goals. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
as well as experience working with diverse groups of people. A passion for lifelong learning and a commitment to diversity, equity, and
inclusion are also essential.
