Job Summary:
The primary role of the Information Systems Specialist is to enable the organization takes full advantage of MyClubHub (salesforce.com) by facilitating thetraining of team members and integration to other data platforms. This person also serves as the first point of contact for team members seeking technical assistance. They manage and administer the organization’s technology infrastructure including the identification, implementation, configuration, and maintenance of organization wide information systems and computer hardware. The Information Systems & Salesforce Specialist provides ongoing support for the organization’s communication systemsand ownership of club management system, providing ongoing support to organizational users.

Essential Duties:
Leadership

Provide leadership and direction to information technology initiatives and strategic planningInformation Technology Systems

• Become an expert with the applications used throughout the organization
• Manage applications and provide support and training to team members
• Troubleshoot issues users may have with salesforce, Clickup, Google workspace, desktops, laptops, phones, and printers
• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate person
• Create standard operating procedures and documentation for IT systems
• Research and test new software, hardware, and services
• Interface with team members via zoom, phone, email and other forms of communication to provide support and find out their computer needs, issues, thoughts, etc.
• Develop information technology systems and services and manage its use
• Monitor performance of information technology systems
• Develop collaborative partnerships

Resource Management

• Manage Vendor Relationships
• Ensure information technology expenditures are controlled within budget
• Institute administrative and operational systems

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
• Be CPR and First Aid certified
• Maintain a high level of energy.
• Be adaptable and flexible.
• Assume other responsibilities as assigned by supervisor(s).
• Great collaborator across multiple teams

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

• Four-year college degree in computer science or related degree preferred.
• Three to five years of progressively responsible experience in information systems management, including Local Area Network administration and wide area networking.
• 3 Years of Salesforce administation and management or equivalent
• Current knowledge of best practices related to technology infrastructures. Ability to solve problems, follow the business processes, and work independently with limited supervision
• Experience with computer and network hardware. Google workspace and salesforce experience
• Current knowledge of best practices related to technology & enterprise software .
• Ability to learn and willingness to take on complex tasks.
• Fundamental knowledge of project management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 – $35.00 per hour
