About the role:
As part of the Maple Grove Process Development team, this position’s primary responsibilities include leading a team of process engineers in advancing new products, processes, and technologies across one or more divisions. You will oversee the development and management of the resources and processes required to ensure functional excellence and delivery of robust, scalable, high-quality manufacturing processes to divisional and operations customers. You will provide strategic input into departmental, divisional, and BSC plant network initiatives. You will be tasked with building, developing and empowering a strong team capable of fulfilling multi-project and multi-customer needs for the business. This role will focus on building effective partnerships across functions and geographic locations in order to drive successful execution of key programs. This role will require occasional travel (15%-20%, domestic & international) at times in order to support development and transfer activities at various geographic locations.
This particular role is focused on the diverse and highly dynamic Coronary Therapies (CT) and Interventional Heart Failure (IHF) franchises within the ICTx division.
