POSITION SUMMARY:
Directed by Dr. Sarah Valentine, the Recovery from Stress and Trauma through Outpatient care, Research, and Evaluation (RESTORE) Center serves as a hub for comprehensive clinical services, research, and clinical training for trauma and related disorders within the Department of Psychiatry at Boston Medical Center.
The RESTORE Center is seeking a Health Outreach and Evaluation Coordinator who can support the RESTORE Center’s goals by coordinating clinical operations and supporting central projects. Responsible for coordinating all the functions and activities related to RESTORE Center patient access including, but not limited to: front end customer service, referral coordination, and appointment scheduling. The Health Outreach and Evaluation Coordinator will assist with data collection and management, facilitate group meetings, and coordinate training activities. Participates in research and evaluation process, communicates effectively and maintains documentation and recordkeeping. Organizes and provides training to student interns, and volunteers. Duties will be split between clinical operations and research.
