Are you someone who enjoys a fast-paced and dynamic team? We are seeking an MDPPT Senior Manager to join our NAMR MDP People Team (MDPPT) who will play a crucial role in leading the analytics that feeds into the ODC process for MDPs, the promotion process for Partners moving to MDP, and the MDP lateral hire and transfer processes. The candidate will maintain strong relationships with executive leadership, including attending recurring meetings with the MDP People Chair and the Regional Chair, who heads BCG’s North America business.
The MDPPT Senior Manager role is a dynamic and impactful position with room for growth, offering the opportunity to work closely with executive leadership and to play a key role in the continuous improvement and building of our processes and performance. Compensation information:
