Boston Consulting Group Hiring for GS People Experience Communications and Change Director at Boston, MA  Full Time

In parallel, you will work closely with the People Experience Team to steer and support our broader GS Communications Agenda & proactive activation of our plan across the year.

• Overall, with each change/transformation – you will develop and manage a Change strategy and approach, change impact assessments, and action plans – seeking input from key stakeholder groups and functional areas e.g., HR
• Develop a communications plan based on Stakeholder / Audience analysis, with a strong focus on engagement (ensuring we deliver the right communications at the right time and in the right way)
• Create polished set of communication materials for different audience groups, which articulate the story and narrative in the most engaging and thoughtful way
• Create messages for leaders (drafting materials, editing, ensure a clear and concise voice) for different formats e.g., 1:1 and large format meetings

YOU’RE GOOD AT

• Working within a complex global environment and managing multiple projects and time sensitive deliverables – with a strong focus on value & impact across the deliverables
• Leading and driving change at pace in often ambiguous environments and with multiple stakeholders and inputs
• Translating what you hear someone needs or wants into your own approach for clear deliverables that meet the needs and expectations of stakeholders
• Taking quantitative data and applying an analytical mindset to generate strong insights and recommendations
• You are politically and organizationally savvy and can navigate/influence complex matrix organizations.
• Communicating in a mature and thoughtful manner – demonstrating credibility and displaying “executive” presence.
• Structuring and analysing information. You can take an idea for organizing data and turn it into a useful deliverable. Strong attention to detail.
• Passionate about People and driving engagement across an evolving and transforming organisation. You are connector who passionate about building a community and deep engagement.

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

• Significant experience driving change and communications strategies. Advanced Business degree beneficial
• Demonstrated experience with People Topics across change & project management with a strong focus on communications
• Experience at BCG or other professional services firm in a business partnership or Centre of Excellence, Advisory role is beneficial
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including PowerPoint, Word, Excel
• Experience working successfully within a complex matrix structured organization is essential.
• Global/International experience and track record of managing teams and projects across borders.
• Experience leading teams and stakeholders, with a focus on delivering impact and value.
