Talent Management Strategic Integrator, Senior
Key Role:
Serve as a strategic advisor and primary Talent Management and Human Resources point of contact to internal market senior leadership within a designated account. Partner with business leaders to comprehend business environments, drive greater engagement and experience, and assess risks. Drive strategies to address growth and diverse development opportunities of top talent based on data, insights, and analytics. Identify and partner with the appropriate subject matter experts from People Services Centers of Excellence to socialize, deliver, and manage integrated solutions to critical business needs. Develop forward-looking Integrated Talent Plans that aim to provide a comprehensive roadmap of the various people processes and programs that enable our clients to achieve their business goals. Lead talent planning and calibration, succession planning, and demand planning for business accounts, drive issue resolution and closure, and advise and influence leaders regarding risk issues. Develop strategies and activities and track metrics for engagement and retention, development and mobility, talent acquisition, and diversity, equity, and inclusion. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $73,100.00 to $166,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
