What Matters Most:

• 2+ years of Human Resources experience required; manufacturing environment preferred




• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, primarily Word, PowerPoint, and Excel




• Working knowledge of state and federal employment laws required




• Bachelor’s degree or other related degree preferred




• HR certification preferred

Your New Role: This company is looking for a Human Resources Generalist who can investigate and resolve employee relations issues in conjunction with the HR team. You’ll provide HR support and counsel to all company team members and leaders.

Excellent project management and communication skills will lead to your success in this role as you facilitate employee communications programs, manage internal data, and assist in the administration of benefits, leave programs, and company policies. Other desirable skills include outstanding customer service, attention to detail, and ability to collaborate successfully.

You’ll participate in disciplinary and termination meetings, coordinate workers’ compensation claims, and conduct exit interviews. A familiarity with employee benefit programs and workers’ compensation will serve you well here. You’ll also need to demonstrate confidentiality and compassion.
