Your New Role: This healthcare organization is looking for an experienced Senior HR Manager to oversee and strategize for all HR leadership functions.

As Senior HR Manager you’ll handle all hiring needs including employee recruiting, onboarding, performance management, and training and development. Your collaborative problem-solving and people skills will drive your success as you work with multiple stakeholders across all organizational levels.

You’ll report to the Executive team about HR strategies and metrics and collaborate on best practices. Working with the CEO and Executive Team, you’ll be a partner in developing a company culture that fosters high retention, employee development, and quality work. Your insights and expertise will be highly valued here.
