The Senior Accountant II, Financial Reporting position is primarily responsible for the preparation and filing of financial reports for various regulatory agencies including, but not limited to OCC, FDIC, FRB, SEC and FINRA. This position performs detailed data analytics, monitors and assists in developing and maintaining internal controls and policies and procedures over financial reporting. Performs assessments and technical research of changes to reporting standards and new business activities and provides financial and management information and analysis, as directed.

This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and 5+ years combined experience in a bank or in public accounting firm serving bank clients, or 8+ years equivalent work experience. Must be a Certified Public Accountant or candidate actively pursuing certification. Other relevant certifications may also be considered.
