Position Responsibilities:
Prepare and organize data for management review and track Program performance to plan
Develops, coordinates and assesses architecture of meeting content and leadership briefings.
Conducts research and analyzes data from multiple sources to support Program decisions.
Presents informational and/or technical materials in briefing format.
Provides strategic design, logistics and facilitation of meetings and events.
Develops and maintains project meetings schedule.
Monitors and tracks execution of the tasks planned and communicates status to all project participants.
Assists Project and Program Management with execution of the Program and the various tasks required.
Maintains configuration control of all meeting materials and meeting minutes.
Maintain and coordinate organizational updates and announcements.
Maintains and coordinates Supplier and Customer access to Boeing systems.
Coordinates technical milestone reviews including Supplier and Customer attendance requirements
Support the technical team in maintaining requirement verification process and artifact collection
Assists the technical team with Problem Report status tracking and resolution.
Communicates Problem Report metrics and resolution performance.
Tracks aging Problem Reports and assists with resolution planning.

Onsite – not hybrid or virtual – This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
Clearance: PICK ONE
This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship . An interim and/or final U.S. Secret clearance Post Start is required.
Basic Qualifications (Required):
Associates degree or higher
Minimum of 9 years of related work experience in a technical work environment
Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Project Management
Experience with data analysis
Typical Education/Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Associate) and typically 9 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Bachelor+7 years’ related work experience, 11 years’ related work experience, etc.).In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.
