Bluepeak Hiring for Talent Acquisition Specialist Job at Remote Full Time

• Actively source and monitor qualified candidates using HRIS (ADP Workforce Now), job boards, social media platforms, employee referrals, etc.
• Attract applicants by writing compelling job descriptions and post jobs advertisements across various job boards and social media channels
• Responsible for full life cycle recruiting, engaging with candidates from the screening phase through offer negotiation
• Effectively partner with your hiring managers and leadership team to understand their talent needs and build hiring strategies
• Build phenomenal pipelines of diverse talent with an emphasis on creating extraordinary candidate experience
• Manage high volume searches simultaneously with attention to meeting customer deadlines
• Track and analyze metrics and reports on hiring progress to leadership regularly
• Manage the recruitment process by developing creative recruitment strategies as well as placing ads, interviewing, extending offers, initiating background checks, etc.
• Represent Company at job fairs, college career days, and other external recruiting events
• Recruit for both exempt and non-exempt positions utilizing applications on hand, advertising, networking, and cold calls
• Coordinate with other Management Staff in evaluating candidates for job openings
• Assist Employment Manager in developing plans, policies, and procedures for the recruitment and selection of qualified candidates for job openings
• Develop and maintain sources for qualified applicants through networking with community and civic organizations such as Chambers of Commerce, as well as other business organizations
• Develops and places advertising as appropriate for job openings.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Conduct phone interviews, evaluate, and advise hiring managers on prospective candidates
• Other duties as assigned

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field required
• A minimum of five years of experience as a full life-cycle recruiter, including experience with proactive sourcing and candidate offers and closing
• Experience recruiting for Sales, Project Manager, and engineers is prefer
• Active and proven experience using an HRIS, preferably ADP Workforce Now or UKG
• Upon job offer, must be able to pass a background check and drug test prior to starting employment
• Working knowledge of using innovative research & sourcing methods to hire for niche areas, hard to fill roles, and candidate with diverse skillsets
• Demonstrated recruiting success using social media platforms
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
• Ability to effectively source and engage passive candidates through various recruiter tools
• Solid understanding of how to recruit multiple positions simultaneously
• Ability to work independently as all as interact and communicate with all organizational levels
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Outlook and SharePoint preferred
• Professional written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills, and a customer service mindset
• Demonstrated practice of a high level of confidentiality
