Ecommerce Customer Insights Specialist

Bellevue, WA – Hybrid

Bluehawk Consulting is seeking an Ecommerce Customer Insights Specialist to support a globally known company that is embarking on an innovation journey and radically transforming its digital commerce capabilities to meet accelerating international demand!

Project Overview

This role will support our site optimization program and will increase our understanding of all our customers. This role will also be responsible for finding insights to drive customer experience improvements, improve customer segmentation and grow our customer reach in alignment with business goals, internal stakeholders and external resources. By working cross-functionally with multiple teams (Design, Merchandising, Marketing, Operations, Development, Data & Analytics) this role will develop our Voice of the Customer program partnering with stakeholders on website surveys.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and execute A/B testing campaigns, working with internal stakeholders to develop our testing program in alignment with our business goals and company values.
• Partner with web analytics on reporting & analysis for A/B Testing and product recommendations campaigns.
• Develop Customer Analytics and Customer Segmentation with a focus on opportunities for growth.
• Assist in platform maintenance and business development for our Customer Data Platform.
• Develop product reviews platform functionality and integrate product feedback into Voice of the Customer.
• Champion the Voice-of-the-Customer, collaborating with stakeholders within the company to coordinate and communicate insights from our website survey program, integrate our product reviews platform data and leverage insights.
• Support the site optimization program.
• Collaborate & ideate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improving the User Experience and document them in JIRA and Confluence.

Required Skills & Experience

• 2+ years of experience in ecommerce
• Ability to understand business needs and formulate the right questions and test hypotheses in collaboration with stakeholders; an analytical perspective and growth mindset; ability to use data and analysis to answer business questions, provide recommendations, and drive actions.
• Ability to clearly communicate with business stakeholders.
• Dedication to quality & attention to detail.
• Proven organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize.
• Team player, open minded to different cross functional teams’ views and seeking input and alignment across teams.
• Curiosity and resourcefulness to identify opportunities & customer pain points.
• Familiarity with A/B testing methodology and process.
• Knowledge of website feedback surveys. Experience with Qualtrics is a plus.

Salary Range for this position: $87,000 – $97,000
