You will work on a wide variety of sample validations, including biologics, protein, peptides, small molecules, and/or biomarkers with a team of expert scientists. This role is also exposed to a range of analytical instrumentation and each project looks different than the previous one. At BioAgilytix, we don’t limit you to only extracting samples – we train you to become a scientist.

Essential Responsibilities • Participate in the development and validation of biomarker, cell-based, immunogenicity, immuno- enzymatic, and/or chromatographic assays for support of preclinical, clinical and product release studies on the bench • Work on analytical instrumentation, including ELISA, LC/MS, HPLC/UV, ddPCR, MSD plate readers, and other plate readers • Serve as lead analyst on sample analysis projects • Use LIMS system to assist in driving bioanalytical projects to align with client timelines • Run and troubleshoot PK/biomarker/ADA, potency/NAb, and/or LC/MC/MC assays independently • Adhere to provided documentation (methods, SOPs, reports) • Compile, process, and compare summary tables for statistical analysis of bioanalytical data • Drive accurate record keeping with regard to sponsor’s samples, data, and reports (documentation according to GxP guidelines) • Peer review raw data Minimum Acceptable Responsibilities Skills: • Ability to carry out routine tasks accurately, following strict methodology to carry out analysis, preparing samples and maintaining and operating standard laboratory equipment • Demonstrated success in a fast-paced and team environment to meet objectives and deadlines • Real lab exposure and experience, in a professional or academic setting • Ability to take direction well and be self-motivated to improve your scientific knowledge • Proven attention to detail and strong organization skills • Experience working in a GxP environment preferred • Ability to establish and maintain working relationships through strong written and spoken communication • Proficient in the use of MS Excel and Word Education/Experience: • Bachelor’s degree in molecular biology, chemistry biochemistry, immunology, biotechnology, or related field with 2-4 years’ experience in a scientific laboratory environment; or Master’s or PhD.
