Job Description:
Budget Title: Senior Staff Assistant (SL-3)
Salary: $52,000 – $54,000
The Assistant Director Fitness/Wellness is
responsible for providing professional expertise to the Fitness/Wellness program. This position will provide oversight and direction to the
campus fitness center, the Group Fitness program, Personal Training services and specialty wellness programs. The Assistant Director will
also instruct the Personal Training and Group Fitness Internship programs.
In coordination with the Senior Associate Director and the
Program Coordinator of Fitness/Wellness, this position will administer, develop, plan, implement, organize, and evaluate a comprehensive
fitness program. A strong focus will be on facility oversight, program development, staff hiring, training, coaching, and evaluation.
