Job Duties:

• Handles and maintains guest reservations.
• Knows room locations, types of rooms available, and room rates.
• Registers arriving guests and assigns rooms.
• Uses selling techniques to sell rooms and to promote other services of the hotel.
• Handles all guest complaints in a professional and courteous manner.

• Processes guest check-outs and handles monetary transactions.
• Maintains customers’ privacy.

Qualifications:*

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Ability to communicate clearly.
• Ability to effectively interact with guests and other staff.
• Possess telephone communication skills.
• Skilled in basic math and computers.
• Must be punctual and maintain regular and reliable attendance.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.74 – $16.00 per hour
