SDI International is seeking a Benefits Specialist Part-Time 12 Month Contract (Remote)

· Manages invoice payment process for all Global Benefit vendors.

· Sets up vendors and POs, processes invoice and submits for payments.

· Reviews each invoice to ensure accuracy and within budget.

· Follows up with internal stakeholders to confirm payments or status of pending requests for payment.

· Maintains log of invoices received and paid. Ensures new vendors have completed NDAs and security assessments prior to being set up to receive payment.

· Must have excellent excel skills and detail oriented.

· Facilitates payment to vendors, which may include verification, reviewing purchase orders (PO), creating POs, and resolving discrepancies

· Responds to requests from Accounts Payable

· Ensures outstanding obligations are credited upon payment and issues purchase order amendments or stop-payment orders as needed.

· Audits invoices to ensure accuracy and aligned to budget

· Sets up Vendors

Required Skills/Qualifications:

· Must be reliable and extremely trustworthy.

· Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related programs.

· Must be able to learn invoice payment systems.

· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.

· High school diploma required; Business or Accounting degree preferred, can substitute related experience for education

· At least two years of related experience
