Bee Balm Learning Center is currently hiring full time and part time teachers! We are a privately owned group child care center located on the west side of Madison.

We have a fun and professional work culture and because we are not a corporate chain teachers are given plenty of freedom in implementing curriculum within their classroom and are encouraged to bring their own individual and unique passions and talents into the classroom on a daily basis. We also have three large outdoor learning spaces on just over 1 acre of wooded land, so if you love spending time outside and in nature this is the place for you!

We are an accredited center so teachers are highly compensated and, in addition, receive bonuses when job performance standards are met. Qualifications-

All applicants must have a high school diploma. Certification as a teacher by the Department of Children and Families is a plus, but not a requirement. The right individual is someone who is willing to learn and obtain necessary certifications within 1 year of hire.

Pay: $17.50 – $20.50 per hour
