The Operations Center Senior Manager is entrusted with a strategic leadership role within our Professional Employer Organization (PEO), orchestrating the operations of both the payroll analysts and benefits specialists teams. This multifaceted position demands a seasoned leader capable of fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and efficiency across departments. The primary objective is to ensure the delivery of premium payroll processing and benefits administration services, meeting and exceeding our clients’ expectations.
In this capacity, the Senior Manager will not only oversee the day-to-day operations but also drive strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing operational excellence, elevating client satisfaction, and implementing continuous improvement methodologies within PEO operations. This entails a deep understanding of payroll and benefits frameworks, regulatory compliance, and the latest industry practices to ensure seamless integration and delivery of services. The role calls for a dynamic individual who can navigate the complexities of managing cross-functional teams, optimizing internal processes, and maintaining the highest standards of service delivery in a fast-paced environment.
