Your Role

What you’ll be doing

• Member of Talent Management team providing thought leadership into global talent management strategies across TM disciplines: development, culture, leadership, organization effectiveness, talent process and systems and change management
• Lead projects or workstreams that cut across Talent Management team as needed, such as partnering with HRBPs on organization design and/or change management, listening systems approach for specific culture or integration initiative, or talent review and planning process implementation
• Lead change management activities, ensuring identification of key interdependencies, risks and mitigating actions
• Establish leadership development strategies based on business priorities leveraging external best practices for leaders at all levels
• Develop and implement communication and education plans to support execution of various Talent Management Strategies
• Assist TM CoE leader with development of talent strategy supporting materials for Kidney Co Leadership team and/or Board of Directors such as talent review for senior leaders, human capital dashboard or turnover analysis
• Partner with internal stakeholders, including the Global Talent and HR community and cross functional peers such as Finance, IT, Global Business Units to execute and deliver on various talent strategies and programs

What you’ll bring

• 10+ years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Management, Leadership Development, Change Management and Organization Effectiveness or some combination of these
• Knowledge of best practices, models and frameworks in Talent Management, Leadership Development, Change Management and Organization Effectiveness through formal training and / or experience on the job
• Demonstrates interpersonal savvy and skills to navigate complex and matrixed environment across the Business/Region/Function while developing global TM solutions
• Can influence and negotiate with both external and internal management on programs and processes
• Strong collaborative skills working across functions and with peers
• Can lead change from establishing vision, building and executing change plans
• Ability to facilitate and present content to a variety of audience types and sizes in multiple modalities
• MBA or Master’s degree in an HR or related discipline preferred

We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary for this position is $160,000 – $240,000 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based on upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors. This position may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, commission, and/or long-term incentive .
