Barilla America, Inc. wants to recruit a Human Resources Specialist, Benefits & Wellness- in Northbrook, IL. The individual will report to the Human Resources Sr. Manager.
Job Purpose: The Human Resources Specialist is primarily responsible to coordinate and administer Human Resources Wellness & BenefitsPrograms. Position has exposure to all areas of HR with specific job focus to: corporate insurance, health and wellness, COBRA, Medical Support Orders, policy & process development, diversity & inclusion, training, workers compensation, and more with the aim to propel Barilla America to the highest level of performance.
