Banknote Corp of America Hiring for Human Resources Assistant Job at Browns Summit, NC Full Time

GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES: Responsible for providing support to the Human Resources Team as well as handling various administrative tasks. This is a full time, non-exempt, position.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Each day is different but every day you will support the function of onboarding new hires, assist with orientation, and other duties to include:

• Learning the payroll process and acting as back up when needed
• Participating in weekly meetings to discuss the status of new applicants
• Assisting during HR orientation: Packets/Forms, Time Clock, ADP Overview
• Creating new staff files
• Assigned to special projects, as needed

Pay: $22.00 – $24.00 per hour

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma with 3 + years general office experience.
• One year of Human Resource experience preferred with payroll experience using ADP Workforce Now.
